Paris Handling Jail Quite Well
Paris Hilton surrendered herself early to jail in order to avoid the paparazzi and is doing well in jail, officials report.
Paris spent the weekend partying hardcore and walked the red carpet for the MTV Movie Awards only hours before she arrived at jail.
Kathy Hilton, Rick and Mr. Hutton were along for the ride to drop off the “glum looking” Paris.
Jail spokesman Steve Whitmore said Hilton had been polite.
“Her demeanour was helpful,” he said.
“She was co-operative.”
She’s been placed in solitary confinement for safety reasons.
I know many people are rubbing their hands together with glee over Paris Hilton in jail. Personally, I’m just glad she is in there so that maybe she will learn her lesson and not drive while drunk…? Although she is probably getting a red carpet treatment in there.
Solitary confinement has got to suck, though.

I’d say “tough shit” with the solitary confinement…if she and her family are so damn worried about her safety (as was stated right after sentencing), then this should be more than acceptable.
i think paris needs to go to jail and she needs to stop being a baby its jail what does she expect!
like they say you do the crime now you do the time…that goes for everyone ..not just the blondie with lots of money
